Horizon Energy Group Chief Executive, Ajay Anand says “The acquisition of the business and assets of Electrinet Limited is part of the Group’s strategy to expand within the electrical servicing and contracting sector, complementing the operations in Auckland, Whakatane, and Tauranga and further complementing the Group’s national mechanical contracting and refrigeration operations”.

Following completion of conditions, effective from Thursday 1 December 2016, the operations of Electrinet Limited will become a trading division of Horizon Services Limited, and will continue to trade as Electrinet. All staff and management previously employed by Electrinet Limited have transferred over to Horizon Services Limited.
